The 'Psychometric Assessment Center' focuses on EBP (Evidence Based Practices enabling our students to make a transition from 'classroom to corporate milieu'. The focal areas of KSA Assessment and intervention include:
Assessment of Students learning Styles, MI, Personality traits & other behavioral skills are followed by appropriate interventions. (Study skills using mind mapping techniques, Speed reading techniques, & personal growth labs)
Soft skills training sessions are incorporated into the regular curriculum for the students that deal with grooming the students to become Industry-ready professionals.
Verbal ability and verbal reasoning skills are developed by inculcating the reading habit of students with the institutionalization of the "golden hour" which occurs on a daily basis. This also keeps the students abreast on current affairs.
Intensive quantitative and logical aptitude training is provided to the students from day 1 in a meticulous manner. The entire curriculum of the aptitude training is available in our training manual. Online tests are also regularly given to the students through MOODLE and TCS ION for hands on experience of cracking the aptitude sections.
For the final year students various company specific intensive placement training modules are imparted on a 'Dawn to Dus' mode. This includes training for recruitment at Infosys, CTS, TCS, HCL, Mphasis and AMI to name a few.
