M.A.M. College of Engineering is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and supportive environment for all stakeholders.

The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) functions in accordance with the UGC Grievance Redressal Regulations, 2012 (Amended 2023) to address grievances promptly and impartially.

Ensure fair and timely resolution of complaints.
Safeguard the rights and dignity of stakeholders.
Promote a harmonious academic and administrative environment.
Encourage constructive feedback for institutional improvement.

Process & Responsibility

Functions of the Committee

Receive grievances through email, online portal, written applications, or suggestion boxes.
Examine and register complaints under appropriate categories.
Conduct fair hearings and investigations when required.
Recommend corrective measures and monitor implementation.
Maintain confidentiality of all proceedings.
Review grievances and ensure timely resolution.

Timelines & Procedure

Meeting & Resolution

The Committee meets at least once every semester.
Emergency meetings are convened whenever necessary.
Grievances are normally resolved within 30 working days.
